RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the last item of your order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by means of an unambiguous statement:

You may use a letter sent by post or an email. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. This deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
